This Week Mythic Plus Affixes
Affixes exist to make Mythic+ dungeons more interesting, rather than simply increasing damage and health requirements, by introducing dungeon-wide abilities that slow your group's progress through the instance.

While in combat, Xal'atath tears open rifts that devour the essence of players.
Tyrannical
Bosses have 25% more health. Bosses and their minions inflict up to 15% increased damage.
Challenger's Peril
Dying subtracts 15 seconds from time remaining.
Fortified
Non-boss enemies have 20% more health and inflict up to 20% increased damage.
